Our group fitness classes are designed for adults of all ages, abilities, and goals—from active older adults to beginners, busy professionals, and anyone looking to build strength, mobility, endurance, or confidence.

While many of our offerings are part of the SilverSneakers® program for active older adults, we also provide general fitness classes designed for any adult who wants a supportive, effective, and fun workout.

All classes emphasize safe, effective exercise, proper technique, and a welcoming community. All levels are welcome.

General Fitness / All Adults

Core & More

A high-energy class that combines cardio, resistance, and core training for a full-body workout. Expect circuits, stations, and creative challenges designed to improve strength, endurance, and stability. Perfect for adults looking for a more dynamic, goal-oriented workout.

Line Dance Fitness (SilverSneakers® BOOM Move)*

Step into the rhythm with this fun, music-driven line dance class! Learn easy-to-follow choreographed routines that boost coordination, agility, balance, and cardiovascular fitness—all in a lively, social environment. Open to all adults—no dance experience required.

SilverSneakers® Classes*

Functional Fitness and Total Body Fitness

Improve strength, balance, and everyday movement with a full-body workout. Chair support is available for exercises as needed. Ideal for adults seeking a structured, low-impact program that supports independence and overall wellness.

SilverSneakers Yoga

A gentle yoga class promoting flexibility, balance, posture, and relaxation. Includes seated and standing poses, breathing techniques, and mindfulness exercises.

SilverSneakers BOOM Muscle

Focus on building and maintaining muscle through functional resistance exercises. Light weights and controlled movements improve strength, endurance, and stability for daily activities.

SilverSneakers EnerChi

A calming, flowing class inspired by Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Enhance coordination, energy flow, circulation, and mind-body awareness through gentle movement and breath work.
